Zusammen mit dem Prima Center Berlin zeigt die südost-Galerie eine Ausstellung des serbischen Künstlers und Dekans der Akademie der Künste in Novi Sad, Dušan Todorović.

Seit den 60er Jahren zählt er zu den herausragendsten Bildenden Künstlern seiner Region und ist maßgeblich an der Weiterentwicklung der Kunstszene beteiligt.

"Polysintetique ensamblage"

INNER - FACE

 Synthetized environment or virtual passer by is audio visual representation of four units (concepts) Story of Paradize, Virtual Passer by, Emantion of Great Light. Objects, images, plastic sculpture forms in this personal dialogue, eclectic at first sight, are inspired by the idea of mixed times where due to the plentitude of information in our minds past, present and future are entangled making of us virtual consumers that seek fulcrum in the archetypes. In this dialogue of heart and mind (intellect and matter) I treat light ontologically as the source of life, absolute and divine order, geometry in the sense of construction by which we materialize the idea. By enlightening environment with artificial black light I made a hint of dark side of new age where only the sparks of eternal truths of numerous messages of plastic arts from Altanmira to present times shine. Through merging light, image and music in gallerv environment, I brought fine art cioser to modern and mighty cold media, changed attitude towards traditional piece of art and gave it the significance of timeless, etemal. By choosing this complex dimension of observing piece of art (inner face) I brought closer gallery art to modern consciousness overwhelmed by virtual content.
